Potato Salad Monte Carlo
1/4 ts Garlic powder 3 lb Potatoes 1/3 c Green onions; minced fine 4 Eggs; hard boiled, sliced 1/2 ts Onion salt 1 ds White pepper; to taste 1 1/2 c Mayonnaise Cook the potatoes with the skins on and after cooling, peel and dice. Mix all the ingredients well and allow to set for at least two hours. |
