Idaho Chili-Quick & Easy

Ingredients
3cuppinto beans, or red beans, cooked
1 1/2poundhamburger, lean
24oztomato sauce, canned
1eachonion, chopped
1eachgarlic, clove, chopped
3tablespoonchili powder
2teaspooncumin
1teaspoonpaprika
1teaspoonthyme
1teaspoonoregano

Directions:

Saute hamburger and chopped onion, drain. Add to beans with spices, garlic and tomatoes. salt & pepper to taste. Simmer 1 hour or until heated and flavors blend.

Nutritional Analysis per serving: 344 calories; 26.3 g protein; 12 g fat (30% calories from fat); 35.4 g carbohydrate; 562 mg cholesterol; 13.4 fiber; 109 mg sodium. Exchange: 2 starch; 3 oz. lean meat; 1/2 fat
