Peggy s Mom s Chili Sauce

Ingredients
 

12 qt basket of tomatoes
12 good sized onions
2 sweet peppers
3 hot peppers
1 celery stalk
3 lb sugar
5 tbsp salt
1 tsp mustard
1 pinch white wine vinegar
1/4 lb whole pickling spice
1 (in cheesecloth bag)

Preparation
 
Chop all vegetables and put in a large pickling pot. Add remaining
ingredients and boil for about 3 hours or longer if you want it

Pinata Pumpkin Chili
