Really Quick Meat Balls
| Ingredients | |||
| 2 | pound | beef, ground | |
| 1 | each | milk, evaporated, can | |
| 1 | cup | bread crumbs, fine | |
| 1 | each | onion soup mix, package | |
| 1 | each | egg, beaten | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | pepper | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | salt | |
Directions: | |||
| Mix together all the ingredients. Form into balls. Spray skillet with no-stick spray. Brown meatballs. Serve | |||
