Ka-Bobs

Cut meat (chicken or beef) into 1" cubes. Put in ziploc bag with Italian salad dressing. Freeze. On camping trip (or the day you grill) remove meat from freez er and thaw (when camping I put it in a pan of cold water). Chop up veggies (pe ppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions) and then put on skewers with meat. Cook ove r medium coals. YUM!!!!
