Mrs. Dash Vegetarian Chili
1 can (15 oz.) chili tomatoes 1 can (15 1/2 oz.) red kidney beans -- undrained 2 Tablespoons Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb 1 Tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon cumin Grated cheese -- optional Chopped onion -- optional In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients. Simmer over medium heat for 5-10 minutes. Garnish with grated cheese and onion if desired. Serves 4. |
