Lima Beans Smitane

10 oz Lima beans, frozen

1 Pimento

1/2 c Sour cream

3 T Chives

1/4 t Garlic powder

1/4 t Salt

1/4 t Pepper

Cook limas as package directs. Dice pimento and chop chives. Drain limas. Lightly toss all ingredients together. Source: Good Housekeeping Illustrated
