Easy Lime Daiquiri Cake

1 (18.25 ounce) box Duncan Hines French Vanilla Cake Mix
3 eggs
2/3 cup water
1/3 cup lime juice
1/3 cup Crisco oil
1/4 cup rum
1 teaspoon grated lime peel
3 drops green food coloring (optional)Glaze
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
1/3 cup lime juice
1/4 cup rum
Whipped cream and twist of lime for garnishPreheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt or tube pan.For cake, combine cake mix, eggs, water, 1/3 cup lime juice, oil, rum, lime peel and food coloring in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 4 minutes. Pour into pan.Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 to 50 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.Cool in pan for 20 minutes. Invert onto serving plate. Cool for 10 minutes.For glaze, combine sugar, 1/3 cup lime juice and rum. Heat and stir until sugar dissolves.Poke holes in cake using skewer or long tined fork. Pour hot glaze slowly over top of cake.
