Quick Pita Breakfast

Ingredients
1eachapple, diced
1/4cupcottage cheese, lowfat
1tablespoonraisins
1/2eachpita bread, whole wheat

Directions:

Combine apple, cottage cheese, and raisins. Fill Pita pocket with mixture.

1 starch/bread
1/2 lean meat
