Sweet and Sour Bean Stew
3 oz Navy beans -- cooked 3 oz Basmati rice -- cooked 1 1/2 oz Butternut squash -- cubed 1 1/2 oz Onion -- chopped 1 1/2 oz Raisins 1 tb Safflower oil 1/2 ts Thyme 1/2 ts Garlic -- minced 1/2 ts Salt Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan. Set on stove over medium heat for about 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stir occasionally. Serve at room temperature. From DEEANNE`s recipe files |
