Many Bean Stew
| Ingredients | |||
| 1 | each | onion, chopped | |
| 1 | tablespoon | oil | |
| 2 | each | garlic, cloves, chopped | |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoon | paprika | |
| 1/2 | cup | beans, pinto | |
| 1/2 | cup | beans, northern | |
| 1/2 | cup | beans, kidney | |
| 1/2 | cup | lentils, red | |
| 5 | cup | water | |
| 1 | each | bay leaf | |
| 1 | teaspoon | celery seed | |
| 1 | teaspoon | dill weed | |
| 2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | pepper | |
| 1 | each | boullion, cube, vegetarian | |
| 2 | cup | potatoes, cubed, carrots, sliced | |
Directions: | |||
| Saute onion, garlic in oil along with paprika. Put all ingredients in slow cooker, and simmer on high for about 4 hours. | |||
