Stuffed Pepper Soup
Ingredients | |||
2 | lbs | beef, ground | |
28 | oz | tomato sauce | |
28 | oz | diced tomatoes, undrained | |
2 | cup | long grain white rice, cooked | |
2 | cup | green bell pepper, chopped | |
2 | each | beef bouillon cube | |
1/4 | cup | brown sugar, packed | |
2 | teaspoon | salt | |
1 | teaspoon | pepper | |
Directions: | |||
In a large saucepan or Dutch oven, brown beef; drain. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes. |
