Herman Coffe Cake

2 c Herman

2 c Flour

1 1/2 ts Cinnamon

2 ts Baking powder

1/2 ts Baking soda

2/3 c Oil

1 tb Mayonnaise

1 c Chocolate chips

1 c Nuts

1 ts Cinnamon

1 c Brown sugar

1/4 c Melted butter
