Hamburger Stroganoff 04 29 93

Ingredients
 

2 cup chopped onion
2 tsp salt
1 clove minced garlic
4 tsp pepper
4 cup butter
8 oz can mushrooms
1 lb hamburger
8 oz can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp flour
1 parsley
1 cup sour cream

Preparation
 
Saute onion and garlic in butter over medium heat. Stir in meat and
brown. Stir in flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms cook 5 minutes. Stir
in soup, simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream, heat
through. Garnish with parsley. Serve on noodles or rice.
