North Carolina Eastern Style With Sugar And


2 tsp salt
1 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp black pepper
2/3 cup water
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
2/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup butter

Boil dry ingredients in water. Remove from heat and stir in the
remaining ingredients.
