Vidalia Barbecue Sauce
-Bland Farms Promo Juice of 1 lemon 1 ts Salt 3 ts Worcestershire sauce 6 tb Sugar 2 sm Bottles Catsup 1/4 lb Butter 1 c Cider vinegar 1/4 c Vinegar 4 tb Prepared mustard 1 lg Vidalia Onion, chopped -fine 1 ts Black pepper Mix all ingredients and simmer for l0-15 minutes. Barbecue Beef Cups
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a skillet, brown ground beef and pour off drippings. Stir in barbecue sauce and onion. Separate biscuits and place each biscuit in an ungreased muffin cup or a muffin tin. Press the dough up the sides to edge of muffin cup. Spoon beef mixture into cups.
