Bon Bon Cookies

1/2 Lb Cream Cheese

1 C Butter Or Margarine

2 C Flour

Confectioner`s Sugar Walnut Halves

Mix together cream cheese and butter. Mix in flour and chill. Roll dough on wax paper which has been spread with confedctioner`s sugar. This dough will absorb 1 cup or more of sugar. Roll about 1/8 inch thich. Cut 1 x 3-inches. Place 1/2 walnut on center of dough. Roll up, pinch and seal. Place folded side down in cookie sheet. Bake 15 to 17 minutes. 375 degrees. Sprinkle with confectoner`s sugar when baked.
