Mexican Vegan Dip

Ingredients
 

  • 1 pack silken tofu
  • one pack vegan cream cheese
  • one package vegan cheddar (any type is good)
  • one jar of salsa
  • one jar of olives (small jar) (organic) (keep the liquid)
  • and blue corn chips

This recipe is very simple and all my friend love this and
always request it...


Combine the silken tofu and the cream cheese in a blender
and blend until smooth. Add the olive juice (to taste).


Spread the mixture onto the dish and then add the salsa on
top of the mixture.


then add the olives (green and/or black)


And finally add the cheese.


Serve with blue corn chips (for colour) or any type you
prefer.

Boil or cook slowly the pumpkin until it is soft, then let cool slightly. Blend together the garlic, lemon juice and salt. Add pumpkin and tahin. If needed, add water or more tahin. Blend until smooth. Add more salt or lemon to taste. Refrigerate. Can last a few days.
