Cheddary Artichoke Snacks

Ingredients
 

20 slice french bread, toasted
1 jar (6 oz.) marinated
1 artichoke hearts, drained &
1 chopped
1/4 cup bottled roasted red peppers
2 tbsp sliced green onion
1 package (10 oz.) cracker barrel
1 extra sharp natural cheddar
1 cheese, thinly sliced

Preparation
 
TOP toast slices with artichokes, peppers, onion and cheese. Place on
cookie sheet.

BROIL 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese begins to melt. Garnish with
additional red pepper and green onion. Makes 20.

Cheese Ball Basic

Cheese Ball Crocker

Cheese Dip
