Chunky Apple Spice Muffins

1 c Whole wheat flour

1 c Oat bran

2 ts Baking powder

1/2 ts Allspice

2 ts Cinnamon

1/4 ts Ground cloves

1/4 ts Ginger

1 t Arrowroot

1/4 c Liquid sweetener

1/2 c Unsweetened applesauce

2 ea Tart apples, peeled & diced

1/2 c Water

1/2 ts Vanilla extract
