Cranberry Sauce Any Size

Ingredients
 

3 cup unbleached flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp egg whites -- whipped
1 cup granulated sugar
2 cup cranberry sauce -- canned
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup applesauce -- at room
1 temperature

Preparation
 
Preheat oven at 350. Prepare pan(s) with cooking spray and flour. In
a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In
another mixing bowl, combine egg whites, sugar, cranberry sauce,
milk, and applesauce. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients just
until moistened. Pour batter into prepared pan(s). Bake for 55
minutes, depending on pan size.
