Canadian Style Chop Suey
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
In same pot, saute onion and bell pepper over medium heat until softened. Remove from pan.
In same pot, cook sausage over medium heat until brown. Drain.

Mix all the ingredients except the oil in a shaker or bowl. Mix until well blended. Add olive oil and mix until emulsified. Allow to sit at room temperature for at least 4 hours. Shake or spoon over your favorite salad. Will keep in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
Lemonade Meringue Pie
Combine sour cream and egg yolk. Stir in pudding mix, milk and lemonade. Cook until it thickens and boils. Remove from heat. Spoon into pie shell. Top hot filling with meringue made with egg whites, spreading meringue to edges to seal. Bake at 350 degrees F for 12 to 15 minutes to brown meringue
