Fruit Crush

Ingredients
 

  • 6 or 7 frozen strawberrries
  • juice of one fresh squeezed medium lemon
  • 1 cup of mixed other frozen fruit (melons, cantaloupe, grapes, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 5 or 6 ice cubes
  • sweetener (I use 1 tablespoon of vegan sugar)

Preparation
 


In blender, blend all ingredients together until mushy and
delicious. The taste will be a sweet/sour sensation best
enjoyed sitting on your porch on a hot summer day.

Orange Fizz Smoothie

Peanut Butter-Banana-Carob Milkshake

A Special Smoothie
