Sunflower Strawberry Salad

2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
1 medium apple, diced
1 cup halved green seedless grapes
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup low fat sugar-free strawberry yogurt
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
LettuceIn a large bowl, combine strawberries, apple, grapes, celery, and raisins. Stir in the yogurt. cover and refrigerate for at least an hour.Add sunflower seeds and toss; serve on a bed of lettuce leaves.Makes 6 serving, 1 cup each.98 Cal, 18g Carb, 2g Protein, 3g Fat, 23mg Sodium, 0g Chol2 WW points
