  • 1/2 cup butterscotch chips or reasonable facsimle
  • 1/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup carob peanuts or covered raisins
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup soy non-hydrogenated vegan margarine
  • 1/2 cup vegan brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup organic brown rice syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • egg substitute for 1 egg

Mix all dry ingredients, then add wet..Easy hugh?

Drop by tablespoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at350 degrees for 11-15 minutes . Oven time may vary.Cool well before removing from cookie sheet.

No Bake Oatmeal Cookies
