Delicious and Easy textured soy protein

Ingredients
 

  • 1 onion,choped
  • 2-3 garlic cloves diced
  • 100 grams textured soy protein
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 2 tomatoes diced
  • 1 can of baked beans in tomato sauce
  • 3 tablespoons of barbeque sauce
  • a dash of chili pepper, salt and pepper
  • jalepeno pepper(optional)

Preparation
 


Soak textured soy protein as needed. In a little bit of olive oil fry onion
and garlic. Add textured soy protein fry till Textured Soy Protein has a golden color. To
this you add the chopped pepper, tomatoes, beans, bb sauce,
and spices. Add to this a little bit of water so the mixture
does not burn out. Simmer 20 minutes. If wanted spicy add
the jalepeno pepper at the end. Serve with whole grain
bread. DELICIOUS!

Yummy Tofu Jerky
