Ingredients
 

  • 2-4 red skinned potatoes (diced, leave skin on)
  • 1/2 bunch of cilantro (finely chopped with stems)
  • (1)tblsp minced garlic/
  • 1 qtr chopped red onion/rings are fine
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1/2 chopped celery

Preparation
 



In crockpot add all ingredients except CELERY; add 1 cup of
water for each serving. Set crock pot on high. Serve with
fresh chopped celery on top
