Honey Merry Christmas Cookies
| Ingredients | |||
| 1/3 | cup | shortening | |
| 1 | each | egg | |
| 1 | teaspoon | lemon extract | |
| 1 | teaspoon | soda | |
| 1/3 | cup | sugar | |
| 2/3 | cup | honey | |
| 2 3/4 | cup | flour | |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
Directions: | |||
| Mix ingredients. Chill dough 2-3 hours. Roll out dough and cut. Sprinkle with colored sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. | |||
