Crock Pot Beef Hash
Ingredients | |||
2-3 | cup | beef, cooked, cut up | |
2 | each | hash brown potatoes, (10 oz frozen packages), thawed | |
1 | each | onion, finely chopped | |
1/4 | cup | butter, or margarine, melted | |
1 | cup | gravy, or beef broth | |
1 | salt and pepper | ||
Directions: | |||
Place all ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours or on High for 2 to 3 hours. |
