Beef Stew in A Crock Pot
| Ingredients | |||
| 2 | pound | roast beef, raw, cut up | |
| 2 | each | carrots, sliced | |
| 3 | each | potatoes, cut up | |
| 1 | each | onion, cut up | |
| 1/2 | each | peas, package, frozen | |
| 1 | salt, to taste | ||
| 1 | pepper, to taste | ||
| 1 | each | cream of mushroom soup, can | |
Directions: | |||
| Place all ingredients in a crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours, stirring occasionally; or bake uncovered at 275 degrees for 5 hours. | |||
