Lobster with Champagne Butter
Place lobster shell side down. Cut body from head to tail with sharp knife, splitting open.
Remove heart and intestinal vein. Melt butter in sauce pan and add lemon juice and champagne.

Garlic Sauce
Wet the breadcrumbs in the water and then drain them well. Clean and crush garlic in a mortar or using a fork. Mix the drained breadcrumbs with the garlic. Stir well the mixture with a mixer until a smooth paste is obtained. Add olive oil and and vinegar gradually while stiring the mixture.
Butterscotch Coffeecake
Grease Bundt cake pan. Spread nuts on bottom. Place rolls in pan, then sprinkle with dry pudding mix. Melt butter; add sugar and cinnamon and pour over rolls. Cover with towel. Leave overnight. Do not refrigerate.

Chicken Curry Balls
Mash cream cheese. Add mayonnaise, chicken, curry, chutney, salt and almonds. Mix well and roll into walnut-size balls. Roll in coconut. Chill.
May be prepared a day in advance. Freezes well.

SALTED PEANUT CRISP
Mix the above ingredients well. Drop by scoop, flatten, and sprinkle with sugar. Bake in 325 degree oven for 7 minutes. Makes 1000 cookies. The above recipe can also be spread in 3 (24 x 24 inch) pans. Bake as above; cut into squares while warm.
Flaxen Cereal Bars
Mix peanut butter, syrup and vegan sugar.
Warm till fairly runny, do not boil.
Stir in flax and vanilla. Pour mixture
over cereal and mix. Press into oiled
