2 1/4 cup bread flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp butter (i use canola oil)
1/2 cup raisins (i add a few more)
2 tbsp caraway seeds
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 tsp dry yeast

One thing I learned from reading the Electric Bread book is that you
can stop your machine after the first rise and start over again and
