Potato Mushroom Curry

Ingredients
 

1/4 cup peanut oil
3 large onions, chopped
1 1/2 lb mushrooms, chopped
7 oz ortega chilies, chopped
7 cl garlic, minced
4 tsp ginger, grated
6 medium potatoes, cubed
1 1/2 tsp tumeric
1 1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sour cream
