Mom s Curry Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
 

1 medium green pepper
2 small hot peppers
2 large onions
2 medium cloves garlic
1/2 tsp garam marsala
1/2 tsp corriander
1 tsp curry powder
1 can tomatoes(diced)796ml
1 dash of salt and pepper
1/2 tsp sugar
2 small stalks of celery

Preparation
 
Fry green peppers, onions, garlic, celery, and hot peppers. add can of
tomatoes and spices. Let simmer 45 mins. Serve with chicken or chill
and use as a salsa for chips.
