1 cup cooked lentils
4 cl garlic, pressed
2 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger

Preparation

heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes, to allow the flavors to
