2 tsp tumeric, ground
2 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp black peppercorns
12 cloves, whole
1 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp cardamom seeds
1 tsp cinnamon, ground
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 1/2 tsp fenugreek
1/2 tsp ginger, ground
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper flakes
1 tsp chili powder, ground

Grind to a coarse powder in a coffee mill or blender, or follow
