Lemon Fig Ice Cream

Ingredients
 

1 cup whipping cream
1 cup milk
1 egg, well beaten
1 few grains salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup chopped preserved figs, and juice
1 juice 2 lemons

Preparation
 
Combine egg, sugar, salt, figs and juice, lemon juice, and milk. Pour
into freezer. Partially freeze. Carefully fold in whipped cream.
