Fruit Smoothies

Ingredients
 

1 large can of diced pineapples in
1 their own juice
1 cup finely sliced strawberries
1 each crushed ice as you wish (i
1 like 3or4cups)

Preparation
 
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend on high for 3 to 4
minutes or until smooth. I use this recipe almost every other day
substituting all different types of fruit. Try it first thing in the
morning, it is a great pick - me - up!!
