Cranberry Onion Relish

Ingredients
 

1/4 cup chopped onion
1 small clove garlic minced
1 cup cranberries
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp water
1 tsp cider vinegar

Preparation
 
Coat A Small Saucepan With Cooking Spray; Place Over Medium-High Heat
Until Hot. Add Onion & Garlic. Saute Until Tender. Add
Cranberries,Sugar & 1 T. Water. Bring To A Boil; Cook 3 To 5 Min. OR
Until Mixture Is Thickened. Stir in Vinegar. Store in An Airtight
Container & Refrigerate. Serve At Room Temperature. (Fat O.1. Chol.
