Banana Cranberry Cream

Ingredients

3 ripe bananas 1 package unflavored gelatin 1/4 cup cold water 2 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp lemon juice 2 oz cranberry liqueur 1/2 pt cream, whipped	Advertisements

Preparation
 
peel and slice bananas. Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Combine
sliced bananas, gelatin, sugar, lemon juice and cranberry liqueur,
Blend in blender until smooth. Partially freeze mixture. Fold in
