Apricot Filling 2

Ingredients
 

1 cup dried apricots
2 cup water
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 tbsp ground blanched almonds

Preparation
 
: Boil the apricots in the water with the sugar for 10 minutes,
then cover and simmer 15-20 minutes. Remove from the fire and sieve.
Add the almonds and cool.
When using, heat the amount desired and spread on toast. Makes 1 c.
