Lo Cal Mock French Onion Dip



1 large cottage cheese
2 package weight watchers onion broth
1/4 cup minced onions
1 or 2 tbsp. celery and parsley flake, s
1/2 tsp paprika
1 black pepper to taste
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp lemon juice


Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until
smooth and creamy. Chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour before
serving. Use as a dip for fresh vegetables or a stuffing for baked
