Indian Lentil Sandwich Spread Mcdougall

Ingredients
 

1 cup cook lentils
4 cloves of garlic, pressed
2 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger

Preparation
 
Combine all ingrediants in a small saucepan. Cook gently over low
heat, stirring occasionally, fir 5 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
Chill for one hour.
