Howard Karten s Salsa

Ingredients
 

4 medium tomatoes
1 chopped scallions to taste
1/4 medium chopped red onion
10 quartered black olives
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp red wine vinegar
1 chopped red pepper
1 chopped green pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp oregano
1 ground red peppers to taste
1 cayenne pepper to taste

Preparation
 
1. Skin tomatoes, remove seeds, chop the flesh moderately fine and
put in a large saucepan. 2. Add remaining ingredients, mix
thoroughly, refrigerate and serve. "You can add any kinda vegetable
