Herbs De Provence

Ingredients
 

4 bay leaves, finely crumbled
2 tbsp basil, dried
2 tbsp rosemary, dried
2 tbsp thyme, dried
1/4 tsp coriander
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp savory
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp white pepper

Preparation
 
Combine seasonings in a blender of food processor and whirl until well
blended. Yield about 4 oz.
