Black Bean Hummus


16 oz black beans
1 tbsp tahini
3 tbsp olive oil
1 each lime juiced
2 each garlic clove, sliced
1 salt & pepper
1 tsp ground cumin

In a food procesor, combine all the ingredients & process till smooth.
Cover & refrigerate till ready to use. Bring to room temperature
before serving.
