Easter Egg Nog

Ingredients
 

1 1/2 qt whipping cream
6 each egg, separated
1 cup sugar
1 brandy

Preparation
 
Beat cream thick, and combine with sugar and egg yolks which have been
beaten together. Then add 1 1/4 tumblers brandy (to taste) and stiffly
beaten egg whites. It may require more sugar according to taste. Keep
cool until served. Sprinkle with nutmeg, if desired. Source:

Egg Cream 2
An egg cream is made with very cold seltzer or club soda, U bet chocolate syrup and ice cold milk. Start by putting about 1 to 1 1/2" milk in a tall glass. Add about the same amount of chocolate syrup. Add the seltzer and mix vigorously until the ingredients are combine. (Upload by user)
