Noodles With Blue Cheese

Ingredients
 

10 oz noodles or fettucine
1/2 lb blue cheese (any type)
1/4 cup whipping cream or 1/2 & 1/2
1/4 cup grated parmesan or romano
1 fresh ground black pepper

Preparation
 
While pasta is cooking in boiling salt water, crumble cheese and mix
it with the cream and pepper. Drain the pasta, and place in a frying
pan. Add the cheese mixture and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve hot
