Chai Tea 2

Ingredients
 

1 cup water
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp darjeeling tea leaves
1 celestial seasonings bengal spice t, ea bag
1/4 cup milk

Preparation
 
Combine water, sugar, tea leaves and tea bag in a pan and bring to a
boil. Simmer for 1 minute. Add milk, bring to a boil and simmer for
3-5 minutes. Strain into a mug or teapot.

Cheddar Beer Cheese
