Macaroni Cheese .002

Ingredients
 

1 cup macaroni, elbow
1/2 cup milk
1/2 lb cheese, grated
1 salt
1 black pepper, ground
1 bread crumbs

Preparation
 
1. Boil macaroni in salted water until tender. Drain and rinse with
hot water. Place in casserole dish.

2. In a saucepan, heat milk and cheese until the cheese is melted.
Add seasonings and pour over macaroni in casserole dish.

3. Mix with a fork, cover with crumbs and bake in moderate oven,
350F, for 15 minutes.
